  1. It's at least scaly. I've always liked boys who could wreck my shit, so I approve.
  2. I think this conversation can be work-safe if it's kept to aesthetics, but I understand why some might think otherwise. Personally, my standards for what makes a character winsome don't really have a lot to do with weight, although I tend to be drawn to more proportionate characters overall, and in terms of what I find attractive past mere cuteness, I prefer lithe to rotund most of the time. Not a knock on fat characters, though; round can be charming too. But again, it's not a key feature for me.
  3. *boop* WHAT NOW, FOOL?
  4. I'm doing OK. How about yourself?
  5. It's beautiful, isn't it? And so are these tweets.
  6. I don't really know you but you seem nice enough? Someone count me in the other half if there is such a division.
  7. So, Mawaru Penguindrum. It's weird and really dark, even by Ikuhara standards, and I'm halfway through and have no idea where it's going. It's pretty cool.
  8. Oh look a person! Hi, person!
  9. I think this is the wrong thread to post an actual opinion in, let alone an actual well-reasoned good opinion. On-topic:
  10. It's Album Time again.
  11. I forgot where this thread was so I wound up creating a separate thread in the art section but I guess I can just quote myself here because it's a somewhat different conversation...
  12. ...and here they are: I felt kind of weird about posting this drawing in the submissions thread because I'm honestly just an amateur at this point and this is just a rough sketch but I think it conveys what I was going for pretty well so that's a plus. Pretty much all of the details are just extrapolations of my actual physiological features, personality characteristics and dubious fashion choices.
  13. Same. Morbi has a real knack for character writing but I think their art conveys their ambition more aptly than their prose, and taking away the majority of the visual element could also strip the story of a lot of its humour given how layered and detailed the gags tend to be. That said, I'm still on board.
  14. Yeah, I think that's the issue here. And the enigma. Is this show really in that high a demand? The only interruption to the marathon seems to be OK K.O.!, which is the newest show on the block, and two airings of... Megamind. I am really, really confused.
  15. I mean, the fact that you clearly care about making this person feel comfortable is ultimately more important than your mistake. If the opportunity arises, try to explain your dilemma in a way that conveys your desire to do right by this person and not make a mountain out of a molehill. It's really all you can do.
