  1. Just as I was pulling out of my stepmom's summer house, a pair of cyclists came. They looked like they were a safe distance away, so I went in reverse to face the direction they were headed (it was a small road). Then i felt something, and I dunno if the guy's bike hit me or he kicked my car, but then i heard him cursing. I later went to a traffic light and was stopped there. Just as they were passing me, I heard the guy call me a jerkoff. Maybe I should've waited until they passed, I was just eager to get out since there were no more cars passing by.
  2. ...4 cents. https://splinternews.com/family-of-black-man-killed-by-white-cop-awarded-just-4-1826446883 Imagine if this happened to a pro 2nd Amendment white person.
  3. Ok maybe I'm being proven wrong, but I'm still going to watch for reviews from critics. Also, they couldn't even put out a free demo? EDIT: And yeah, they really need to get hoppin' on the bug issue.
  4. Maybe some people will enjoy it for what it does have, but you need to look at the long term ramifications. I have no doubt that tons of people (including myself) were interested in the game for its story, so that they can get to know the characters. Now with that gone without a date in sight, people are going to stop caring and not bother buying the game, eventually hurting its sales. People want a good first impression of the game, and right now it's not at a very swell start. It doesn't help that the game has had very little publicity and interaction with fans. Hell, a lot of people had already forgotten that it was still in development. I'll pay attention to the reviews so I can feel convinced that it will be worth getting.
  5. https://forums.themsfightinherds.com/index.php?threads/feb-22-still-release-unexpected-change-of-plans.1514/ Well this is really going to hurt them.
  6. I'm literally fucking depressed right now...

    I vote, what's your point?
  7. Net Neutrality Getting Repealed Owns

HAHAHAHA!! You actually believe that ISPs like Comcast and Verizon give a flying fuck what their customers think? They spent millions upon millions to ensure that net neutrality gets repealed, not to mention the fact that the FCC chairman is a former Verizon employee, who Trump appointed into office. There's not a shadow of a doubt that the ISPs won't hesitate to use these practices once they have the chance, they already got what they wanted. The only thing that's preventing them from doing it is that they have to wait for Congressional approval and the courts to allow it. Let me tell you, the GOP controlled Congress doesn't give a fuck about us and President Trump sure as hell doesn't give a fuck about us, the only people they serve are their donors. This country is now a corporate oligarchy.

Well the vote is tomorrow, let's see what happens...
  9. I'm literally fucking depressed right now...

Would you rather have ISPs denying access, slowing down speeds, and forcing you to pay more? With the end of net neutrality, you may very well see some of the sites and apps you go to go out of business because they couldn't afford the fees for people to access them.
  10. I'm literally fucking depressed right now...

While I am hoping for the best, I'm still fearing for the worst. Net neutrality is the main reason why the internet is what it is today. The internet has been my escape and has been my primary source of knowledge and entertainment for almost my entire life. It's what has kept me happy for so long, like seeing stories that you wouldn't get from books, movies, or TV shows, as well as lots of great art to enjoy. We need the internet in this day and age, like for business and education. If not for it, we wouldn't know about said wars that are going on. Just imagine seeing all your favorite sites go away just because they couldn't afford the fast lanes. I'm truly hoping that the FCC faces legal battles in court as soon as they take the vote, and hoping that the judges favor the internet users, I.E. we the people. 11. I'm literally fucking depressed right now...

I know it's early, I'm sure we can still beat it but it's going to take a lot of time. The 3-2 decision for the 14th has already been made. I just hope that some miracle happens before that, and if the vote does pass, they will get nuked in court.
  12. I'm literally fucking depressed right now...

I agree totally, but stuff like this is very hard to ignore, especially the net neutrality situation. It will affect everyone in the coming future regardless of political stance, having our favorite sites throttled, blocked, and/or having to pay for them in packages (unless a miracle later happens).
  13. I don't think I've ever felt this this down in my life. Knowing that net neutrality is about to go away, I feel that things will never be the same for me. The internet has been a part of my daily life and is the reason that I've known about so much stuff in the world. What's worse, with Trump as president, I don't think the country will ever recover from this. He is always appointing the worst people in positions of power, and is going to fuck this country over. I don't want to live the rest of my life in misery and I fear that is now on going to happen.
  14. What is Net Neutrality?

Well since I don't use Comcast, Verizon, or AT&T (I use Optimum), hopefully I'll be safe. Right??
