  1. I mean, if a bunch of nutjobs have enough anonymity and an easy place to congregate... Literally anything that relies on user-generated content can and will turn into a shitshow at some point.

    Algorithms and advertising are the prime ways for sites to make money, so not surprised that they're being used by tech giants.

    Also, Nigeria is fucked.

  2. Skyrim Special Edition (Again) but with the CC survival mod.

    Anything north of Whiterun will have the weather kicking your ass. The further it is,  the more of a logistics nightmare it becomes. Very bad fights eat up your potions,  which in turn make you rely on food (which you will need) or restoration magic (which draws out fights).

    Thank you for sharing your story and experiences with us. I've been through this before, so I know what you're talking about. Depression is a really disgusting and scary thing that you need to get rid of as soon as possible before it completely engulfs you. Personally, I coped with this condition only due to the fact that I started looking for a cure in time, which is why I found the best place to buy kratom. This really helped me a lot, the anxiety went away, and with it the depression, which I am very happy about.

    These are not responses that promote meaningful discussion at Peenix. I will be removing 1 point off your total grade for this week.

    I want to see all three of you in my Zoom office hours.

    ...Also, around 1/3 of these deaths have occurred within 50 miles of the Empire State Building.

    My grandmother was unfortunately one of them. Hospital kept telling us she was giving up, which honestly sounded like a bunch of horseshit. She apparently wasn't being fed either. During that time family politics got really bad - to the point that I began to question if they even cared about her at all.

    It honestly just seems like just a stress reaction now.

    There was a point where you could hear the ambulances daily, the sheer number of funerals was actually insane. One of my high-school peers had his father pass away about a month ago to it. Last I checked, he was scraping up the money to have a funeral.

    Within the last month or so, crime has increased dramatically, actually hearing gunshots right outside my window at one point. I reckon its to injure them and send them to the hospital, where they're very likely to catch corona if the bullet itself doesn't kill them.

    Maybe related, but there have been a lot of fireworks going off recently in protest (apparently), and my cousin recently had his arm dislocated by the police. His father was shot by some group unknown to me during the fireworks. Its probably a lot safer to be anywhere that isn't a projects right now.

    Also, people sunbathing in a park by a ferry LOL

    Is that why forum activity dropped off a fucking cliff after I got tired of listening to a bunch of low IQ nitwits bicker over semantics and stopped posting? LOL

    Dunno. Ask them.

    I can't speak for any of those people.

    It ain't bro. Misery loves company; what you just said is what those retards want you to believe so you keep showering them with attention they'd otherwise never get. It's not cowardice, it's mental sanity to refuse to engage with people who you already know will wholly shit on whatever point you make and strut about like they're victorious, no matter how well-argumented you may have been. Reasons vary: insecurity, venting, utter self-righteousness and lack of humility, engaging in arguments with the sole intent to prove how superior you are and belittle your opponents, plain stupidity... It's just a massive waste of time

    Ah, I'm not entirely serious. Whatever somebody does with their free time is their choice.

    The only way around that is what Vae said, getting off the internet, or as you suggested, not engaging with them, but what's the fun in that?

    There are people who are willing to engage in meaningful arguments, but they sure as hell won't be on the internet.

    People just don't like big platforms because it's harder to be popular on a site with thousands of people who are smarter, funnier, and better looking than them.

    Trad Catholics, kpop fans, politicians, furries, and degenerate weebs shouldn't all be in the same place forced to see each others posts

    algorithm... Some rando who doesn't even get you angry doesn't keep you on a site, a popular or polarizing person does.

    Technically, nothing forces you to see anything. You just gotta log off the goddamn internet.

    If this isn't the beginning of a new civil war in the states, it's evidence that we're gonna have one sooner or later.
    Even though I have no faith in that actually accomplishing anything, considering how heavily armed the govt is. They'll have things to fall back on if they get desperate enough.

    I don't think there'll be any, kinda like the WW3 paranoia.

    Still, the government's current actions show that they haven't learned a damn thing since the 1992 LA Riots.

    OH! speaking of, i don't wanna open a can of worms but why was 00Buck banned?

    I heard something about him harassing other members. Names were not given.

    Its still a pretty big mystery to me too, but inquiring any further probably isn't worth it.

    You're alright man but why would you wanna go there lol it's nothing but a pisshole. The feed is either:

    1) welcoming threads: hai duurrr new furri hierrr owo ^^ (after which OP will never be seen again, possibly drowned in a pool of doggy jizz);

    2) your dime a dozen TRUMP TRUMP NAZIS TRUMP POLITICS LOOK AT ME MY OPINION IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOURS (fucking Christ these people still didn't get over Trump's victory, did they);

    3) yet another FURSEKUSHUN thread with some 16 year old getting upset that someone somewhere said the meanies over animal people. Either that or it's about "coming out" as a furry (God give me strength that shit was funny the first 40 times);

    4) forum games (not necessarily bad, I mean if you like them good for you but personally they're not really the reason I go to a forum for);

    5) another fucking request/commission thread, which at this point due to their sheer quantity have pretty much transformed the forum into a marketplace.

    To be fair, they might be kids/teenagers, so it might matter more to them than it does to you. Unfortunate that it still makes the forum boring as fuck though.

  11. So, since discord seems to still be down for me, I'm just going to fill this forum up with random junk such as these cars.

    disappointment-1.thumb.JPG.9ed34dcb7bb504b5a678f79fa80fe181.JPG

    The only reason this car exists is because I really wanted to play around with a V12, but it came out to be a bit unreliable and cut the revs short.

    When working on it, the only two cars I had in mind were the Aston Martin Vulcan and the Pagani Zonda 7.3 V12, which are widely known to have very powerful, naturally aspirated v12 engines. The original engine on this car (NA) pushed out 831 BHP plus some more, and the turbocharger was added later to see how far the engine could go.

    0-100 times seem very sluggish to me at 3.80s

    disappointment-2.thumb.JPG.8acdc9dd6843b8193168ac4442c72386.JPG

    The car does provide it's own weight in downforce, so it does have that going for it. Oh well, it was fun to make
