Luka
The second one was good. Shen was such an entertaining villain to watch. Sucks that he's dead, though. He totally stole the movie spotlight... Edited November 4, 2015 by Luka
Harbinger
Not a jack black fan but i actually seriously enjoy these films, the fight choreography with their animal anatomy is pretty kick ass, and then there's Tigress, need i say more? Vallium
The second villain really made the movie cool.otherwise...I think the only reason they needed more then 1/2 was they actually had some continuing storyline. If Im not mistaken they were probably going deeper into Po's backstory that they briefly touched at the end of thelast movie (its been awhile)I dont really like sequels and they typically should stop at 1 (quality usually degrades subsequently *cough* Shrek *cough). But HTTYD, Toy Story, KFP were able to pull of f sequels well enough, so I can run with it a bit. First movies are typically the best though, nothing captures the life and characters like a well done first (especially when people milk the franchise afterwards)

They have prepared 6 chapters for kung fu panda. DreamWorks confirmed it years ago before they released 2. Same is true with httyd. They had 3 chapters prepared for that too before they released the second movie. Supposedly the 3rd one will explain why there are no.more dragons these days. That seems a lot more interesting than just them going "hey this is popular lets just reuse our characters doing things for profit". Looking forward to them, then
Guest
Uh-oh... This trailer doesn't convince me at all. My expectations are very, very low
FlynnCoyote
This was one of the franchises where the sequel managed to be as good as the first, at least as far as I was concerned. HTTYD was another I liked. However, I tend not to make my final judgement until I've seen the movie and had time to give it some thought. yell0wf0x
Much hype. Did they just move from February to march tho?
Kaizy
Kung-Fu Panda is a personal favorite of mine. The visuals were always really nice, the characters are interesting, and the villains are always really stylish. I'm not really surprised there's a third one, trilogies are becoming common for animated movies these days. This one looks...okay. Like the whole panda village and Po's real dad thing are only there for obvious plot points, but I'd like to believe the movie might actually be alright. Along with httyd. It won't just be a trilogy. DreamWorks already confirmed 6 movies for this franchise. I'm really curious how else they'd expand it since they mentioned that they have all parts for the 6 movies planned out and written.
