Sidewalk Surfboard
Do you play any so called "pokemon rip-offs"? I sure as hell do. I've been addicted to Monster Rancher for the past 2 weeks since I have no internet at home. I've gotten to year 11 in the game, and have had 3 monsters die so far. This one didn't like me much. SkyboundTerror
Not sure what you mean entirely by Pokemon Rip-Offs... but the few times that I had a WoW subscription, I spent most my time pet battling because I wanted to be the best like no one ever was. Kinare
Monster Rancher is pretty awesome. I got the ROM for one of the GBA ones a while ago and loved that. I used to enjoy the show, but when I was a kid anything with monsters was not allowed so I didn't get to play it when it first came out. Digimon World Championship felt a little bit like a Pokemon rip-off in the sense that you actually went out to capture your Digimon. (I'm not sure if any of the other Digimon games are like that, but this one was.) The way of doing so wasn't set up even remotely the same as Pokemon and I enjoyed it quite a bit. I honestly preferred the Digimon capture method over Pokemon's "get into a billion battles before finding the right one you need", but the stylus didn't make it very easy sometimes...
