Caledonian
Does your sona change with the seasons? Personally my sona is fluffier with longer wool in winter
Joel
Nope I'm all mint all the time I do however become grumpier A sona that changes with the seasons seems like something either a person person with a lot if disposable income or an artist could really do

Well i was thinking a lot of animals change in look in winter. Getting a lighter or thicker pelt and such. I personally have Dalzell's wool thicken up to shearing season after which he is basically bald (he might be seen wearing shirts on cold days in this season) and then the wool grows back gradually. AlastairSnowpaw
nope, a snow leopard all the time. Though i have thought about slight eye color changes between seasons from yellow to brown.
Kinare
This isn't something I've personally thought about honestly, but it might be something to consider... It wouldn't change much for mine, just a thicker coat perhaps. Thicker and fluffier! But not a ton, just enough to add some floof.
Vallium
Maybe constant shedding and molting :V
Chrysocyon
Hmm, considering maned wolves live right off the equator, I don't think they change much for the winter...
Misomie
One of my dragons gets extra floofy during winter. My main however doesn't change much. Sometimes I will draw her mane and fur extra floofy but that's about it. I toyed with changing her blues to grays but I doubt I'll actually do that. DrGravitas
He may choose to deconstruct his fur coat to recover its proteins when travelling through space in an unsophisticated craft. That way he doesn't have to change the airfilters so often. Sometimes also for other low-resource environments or where he doesn't have need of its social functions. Though, he doesn't need the fur for survial or comfort, he generally likes the fluffy look.
malibu
I never considered a winter coat. I may have to see if I can come up with a winter (or summer) design for Maduro.
Yarra
No I'm a deer with the same fursona all the time. I get hot, wet, and cold all year long. And I generally look the same unless I decide to wear makeup or have plastic surgery.
PastryOfApathy
Not really. I mean, I haven't really thought that much about it since it seems like such a random thing. Maybe it just turns into a frozen corpse? Yeah, that's now canon.
Xaende
My fursona's coat grows a little longer when it's cold. Especially around the neck and shoulders. More depends on the climate than the season, however. His species evolved to handle rapid fluctuations in temperature. The only downside is frequent shedding. Not really. Although, I've seen the DC zoo Kalaks get shaggier.

Yarra
Good point. Yes, I do shed. It's a hot mess and that velvet gets all over the place.
paroapockinroo
My fursona is a whitetail deer. Typically their coats would change from a bright tan to a fluffy mousey brown with the seasons change. In the spring / summer Moth is a honey-colored, almost palomino shade and in the winter she has more of an auburn tint like the hair on the top of her head.
