Trust me when I say people won't. They will despise you. Not only will they despise you, they will dismiss you utterly from their lives, and that kind of an effect is cumulative. But since you have your rifles and your Bible and your submissive wife and your two kids, who needs other people? Who needs reality?

I am honestly so amazed that the few sane conservatives running didn't seem to stand a chance against the craziest of them all. I have never before witnessed so many absolute crazies dominating a party before. It is quite frightening, to be honest. There are that many uneducated, uninformed people out there...*shaking my head* I still believe that America will not plunge itself into the dark ages come election time, though. There are enough of us intellectuals out there to swing things toward reason and sanity again.
