Got Milk?

1% used to be my mainstay, but I rarely drink milk anymore. Lactose intolerance just makes it too much of a hassle.

I used whole in my recent waffle venture.

Full cream, unhomogenized with a thick creamy layer on top. I love it! I always make sure to be the first to open the bottle of milk so I'm the one that gets the chunks.
