Why can't we all start speaking the same language or make one of those universal translator things every sci-fi series is obligated to have?Life is pain, crawling in my skin.... It's not too awful a language to learn, it's just memorizing the characters.I took a year and a half or so of Japanese in college.I remember how to say "Please speak English" and "My Japanese is Bad Tasting."
