Post Your Latest Song!

Started a couple trap beats the other day, I never make this kind of stuff but randomly got the urge. I actually havent been doing much of anything music related the last year or so.. lack of inspiration/motivation I guess.

How interesting.  I've been thinking about getting back into promoting my music on FA for a while now and this thread was created on my birthday.  I guess that's a sign :D  Anyway, I'll go ahead and listen to all you guys' music first and give my comments, cause imo that's how it should be done.  Listening party for the win!

Evan: chiptune is a personal favorite of mine!  This sounds like it could be some chaotic world theme in a game where the bad guy managed to randomize many laws of physics, creating utter chaos (I tend to hang around lots of other music writers who happen to be gamers, so forgive me if this sounds a bit nutty :P )

Anyway, here's my most recent upload.  A track I called 200, and there is a story to it which is in the description.

So posted some of my WIPs. Still experimenting and such with NeoSoul. These tracks still need some work so yeah. A lot of cleaning up and actually working on completing them. xD

I was goofing around on my guitar and I found a riff I liked; so I composed a little thingy to try and fit to it.

The program I used turned the sound effects into video game noises. Which is pretty nice; midi guitars sound like shit. It'd probably fit better into a video game too.

It's only like a minute long, but it's still pretty cool. https://soundcloud.com/bloodshot_eyes/video-game-tune

wasn't in a great state of mind, so i dropped everything and wrote for a little. i have plans to expand this, but for now it's this tiny little loop.

Normally I'm a bit more experimental with my sounds, but now I'm just trying to get into the habit of "making music" and not just making walls of loud noise.

watched a video of msdgsn write a loop/beat in under 10 minutes, so i decided to try and put myself under the same expectation. kinda sloppy, but it's a start to something i'm definitely gonna try more often.

Latest song, yay.

Music is getting happier as I'm getting more and more tired. That's always nice.

Is a double post okay, since it's been a month?

I finished it! Kind of short, but whatever. Best thing I've done as of yet.

Not a song per se, but I have time to kill, and I was curious to hear how well my computer's audio input picks up the signal from my keyboard.

This is part of the verse from Avenged Sevenfold's "Until The End" song, that I messed with until I got something that sounded good to me.

The recording quality's much better than what I expected LOL.

One of the VSTs I used in this song just decided to stop working and has continued to not work after I restarted my computer and reinstalled it. Probably won't be continuing this unless I can get that VST working again, so here it is:
