Not enough sites use real time notifications (not that it's necessary, but it's a nice touch) and I REALLY appreciated the multiupload function.But the layout, while functional, needs help. I did mention this and one of the head admins responded pleasantly that they'll be working on it in the future. It's relatively new so I figured I wouldn't heckle them much about appearances considering what they have -works- pretty well. It just isn't the prettiest girl at prom. I also don't think they've got any sort of income going to the site that isn't their own pockets but I might be wrong. However, fuck the community already. Nothing but low tier fetish nonsense already flooding the joint. Can barely find anything worth favoriting let alone artists to speak to. I hate to sound like an elitist prick, but it is what it is. There's no sugar coating it. And no before some wise ass tries to look clever, I'm not surprised at all. But it's only going to continue going down the shitter so I can't say I want any part of it at the moment. I gave it a month and I think that's enough for now. Every site is overrun with sick, perverted cr@p, so it's a roll of the dice what will happen to the site's direction once you start posting.As far as developers/site owners listening to their users, unless you're contributing heavy to the cost of the site, don't expect much. Inkbunny's mature content just consists of cub porn @____@ I don't want to see that CP shit. I have so many tags and people blocked there that it's gotten ridiculous. I have maybe 3-4 blocked on FA simply due to the fact that they're batshit insane or homophobic, and no one blocked on SF or Weasyl.I like Weasyl's way of filtering mature content though, because I can choose what I want to filter. I can still see mature content up to a point, and my settings block out porn and extreme violence/gore. Weasyl and even Tumblr so far have proven to be the places I have the most pleasant time browsing and talking with other artists. I remember attempting to use IB. I blacklisted every conceivable term I could imagine that would block pedo art. The sheer volume of it though meant that there would be more people who DON'T tag that crap. I already feel like I'm on enough sites, but I don't think there's any harm in having more galleries. Gives better exposure I guess, but it is a little tiring cross-posting everything.
