Currently in alpha since it isn't feature complete, or even feature coherent. The concept of the base game is you build a world, populate it with races, then have them interact until everyone's "done".It requires registration, and then either an admin or someone who owns a world generated has to place you into a world. Nearly every action has points; you gain points when the world owner advances the turn. I link to the site that contains the PDF that this is based off of, in the index.
