My set up is as such: I only operate commissions via email. All of my social media/art sites are under 'lemonjackelope', including email. I use TRELLO ( https://trello.com/b/4bzQFIJX/commission-queue ) to host my queue and my waitlist, and I have 10 slots for short term (1-3 weeks) and 5 for long term (6-12+ weeks). 10 for waitlist.
