FlynnCoyote
Does anybody know of a site that has a setup to allow for interactive stories? You know the kind where you pick a choice at the end of each page and the story goes in that direction? A friend and I are putting together a story in such a setup, a sequel to a project we have that is just about finished. We have been using Writing.com, but frankly the site is terrible and its performance issues have interfered with more than a few prospective readers. We want to avoid this. So are there alternatives? It's difficult to know how expansive a site is from a google search, and I don't relish the idea of creating dozens of accounts across the net just to see what each possible site can do. Brass
Yes. http://twinery.org/ It was created exactly for this sort of thing. It has a simple interface that exports stories to html, and can be expanded if you know html/css/javascript: Quote You don't need to write any code to create a simple story with Twine, but you can extend your stories with variables, conditional logic, images, CSS, and JavaScript when you're ready. FlynnCoyote
Twinery would probably work actually. I'll put the idea to Coty since he'd have to host it. Thank you.
