What is this thing?

Sources say it's connected to my computer's wireless LAN connector. It's made by TOSHIBA CORPORATION (yes, in all caps) and I'm tentative to say "yes" to it when it keeps popping up when I'm trying to connect to WiFi on campus or elsewhere.

Malwarebytes didn't get rid of it. One source said the three people say it's normal, seven say it's a terrible virus to have, and for some people they said that the tosKillIndicator.exe shut down their computers.

What is this? How do I get rid of it?

You should first check www.virustotal.com or dissect it with PEstudio if you aren't sure about it's origin.

But be aware that tosKillIndicator.exe might just be a part of the "TOSHIBA Wireless LAN Indicator" and is probably harmless.
If you don't want or trust it uninstall or delete it from %PROGRAMFILES%\TOSHIBA\Wireless LAN Indicator\.

And if you are really paranoid kill your computer and reinstall everything on your own.
