PastryOfApathy
How the fuck does that even work? I paste in a youtube link and sometimes it embeds, sometimes it doesn't. Shit's weird yo.
Kellie Gator
Same problem with me, it only embeds if I start the message with pasting in the link. Otherwise it doesn't work. Some explanation or a fix would be much appreciated.
Sutekh_the_Steak
How are you trying to embed it? Copy-and-pasting just the link itself into the text box? The way I do it is pasting the link into the "Insert image from URL" box and then clicking the insert button. Then the video embeds properly. Kinda weird considering it's just for images but hey, it works.
Ginpanther
The way I do it is pasting the link into the "Insert image from URL" box and then clicking the insert button. Then the video embeds properly. That does seem to be the way it is meant to be. It took me forever to figure this out, because seriously, how not-intuitive is that? Unless the logic is "YouTube videos are a series of images shown in a way to make it appear as if there is movement, so it's perfectly reasonable!"
