I'm a level 75/75 Bouncer/Hunter and I have a level 55/34 Ranger/Hunter. Both on Ship 2 Ur and the characters names are Eddy and Abandon respectively. They lifted the ISP block (and even then, the fan launcher linked has a built in proxy) and everything important is translated. From what I understand -IF- they localize it, it will be extremely behind on content. I'm not pressuring you, but it's not as difficult as you'd think...unless you don't have the disc space because this game is HUGE now.
