It is the best due to mods (as mentioned above), depending on your pc it will run smoother, and it is endless on pc. Sadly consoles can't keep generating terrain like the pc version can. But I would say console is better than a dumbed down pc version. I had to do that with my old HP laptop and it sucked! Yeah, i played minecraft some years ago on my old laptop and it lagged like hell. Well i will buy the wii u version, i wonder if there are new patches coming, there is a game named cube life island survival on the wii u that is kinda like minecraft and they were able to extend the map.
