DrGravitas
John Glenn, first American in orbit, has died at the age of 95. He was a fighter pilot of WWII and Korea, a transcontinental speed record holder, and represented the state of Ohio in the US Senate for 24 years. A truly legendary man. U-235
God bless this man and the amazing service he did not only to the United states, but to all of man kind though his contributions to our exploration of space. Also 2016 seems like it's trying to get it's last punches in before it's over.

Fossa
This reminds me that like many boys growing up, I wanted to be an astronaut. But for an odd reason. I really wanted to wear spacesuits. (among other less compelling reasons) (and this is not to say that girls didn't also want to be astronauts, too)
