That pretty much nails it as an overlooked permissions problem, and we'll poke @Zeke about it. Edit: Curiously enough, guests don't have access to Calendar, either. In desktop mode, it's in the Browse bar between Forums and Blogs: In mobile mode, it's behind the three-slot toaster button, behind browse, between Forums and Blogs: The bug is that it should be there but isn't for the new "Members" group.
