So yea, my level is much lower than most people's, but I haven't been hit by any cars or fallen in any deep holes. On another amusing note, the gym beside my house has gone between red and blue seven times in the last hour. I hope it's just people who live in the next few houses, because the temperature and wind chill outside tonight is terrible. I spent 2 long-haul flights grinding horde fights and still nothing. The nig before I was sounding off to a friend that I'd met THOUSANDS of these things and got a shiny Wingull instead (which I already had), so he said he'd send good luck my way. On the 2nd attempt yesterday, there it was. It's completely shit stat-wise though, so it might not be good for competitive play. DrDingo Posted August 1, 2016 Share Posted August 1, 2016 This is a lot of information to take in at once I feel as though Z-Moves could be very broken, since they encourage unleashing a powerful move for the hell of it rather than thinking through a tricky situation. I'm glad at least that Z-Crystals have to take up an item slot. Though I would like to see better PvP rule customisation to manually bar such items if you want a more vanilla experience. Does seem like they're replacing it with island rite of passage stuff. If that's the case, then this is good. The 8 gyms and elite 4 is the same formula since gen 1 and I'm glad to know that they're breaking it for something new. Imagine gale wings talonflame using the crystal to perform one earth shattering flying type z move. Then after that has been consumed, proceed to wreck with Galewings acrobatics. And if Megas are confirmed to still be around, have a different poking for a mega. That would definitely be some game changing shit. Those are the new z-moves. It would make a Pokémon use a super powerful move once per battle, and to activate, the trainer would need to perform a special dance thing. You could then call on their services anytime, according to serebii. So from the looks of it, they might be replacing hms with this one. It kinda goes well with the idea that there are no gyms.
