Upon looking at the rules for the black market in response to this thread, I've noticed that there isn't anything within them that can specify what can and cannot be posted as a theme for an art piece. Only that real life minors shouldn't advertise for drawing porn, respond to adult commissions and that buyers should be careful when getting into contracts with them. This is perfectly understandable for liabilities. However, looking through it all - its pretty clear there into how the new forums should really handle buyers and sellers. If it's still in the works, that is understandable, I don't expect everything to be looked over in one weekend. But it should still be getting done. If Phoenixed Forums does wish to continue to reference to FA in all of its rules, don't have a straight up copy and paste and treat it as if they wrote it. You're supposed to be a new independent forum? Why not try breaking apart the FA/F relationship circumference and make a we-write that would better suit the culture of the forum you are wanting yourselves to be instead of what you once were. That would be refreshing. There is nothing wrong with using it as a base for revision and there is nothing wrong with denying kinks and themes for buying and selling at all. On top of this, if you do wish to reference the mainsite, put a fucking link in so users can read for themselves. You can't tell users to read a site policy that isn't accessible on a site not even affiliated with themselves anymore. Back to the thread in hand, the majority of posts within this thread just seem to be nothing to do with the OPs commission, instead it seems to be a mix of reactions because its a fetish they don't like, responses so childish that they could feature in cub art by accident and just the disappointing derailment that this forum has made itself known for. Its among the reasons I lurk less. In closing, I don't feel there is anything wrong with requesting babyfur content on Phoenix, or watersports. It's not my interests and I would rather not see it like the rest of them - but I can see many forum users would. However, the disgusting attitude you've took to other people trying to give you a legitimate response in the past and now, I do wish for filtering of such tripe. As for this thread, the majority of the blame to what has happened is towards @Sultz Z. Wolf, he could have even gotten this piece drawn if he didn't constantly give the shitposters ammunition to justify taking the piss out of him. If he didn't act awkward and try to justify it's not a fetish, it would not have started as a thread full of kink-shaming, image-only responses and salt. You don't have to own it, but you do have to understand the social implications of said fetish. To give you some advice for future requests and to any one else you encounter in your lifetime, don't be obsessed over what gives you a rager or you are going to be a complete creep to everyone you meet both inside and outside of this fandom - or actually known as another "the bee sting guy".
