Thanks to Umbra, I have a new signature

Oh my Arceus.

@Umbra.Exe, Just draw lots of shapes and little doodles to see if that kick starts some motivation!

Or you could just play video games and draw tomorrow, instead. That also works... At least that's what I'm telling myself, anyway.

1. Play WoW

2. Use Monkey King Avatar

3. Inspiration

4. ???????

5. Profit

Conclusions:

  • Max size is equivalent to post image thumbnail max size
  • Said size is dependent on image size. Best I got was a 1,000x1,000 image resized to 750x750.
  • Thumbnail creator chokes on massive images, even when image filesize is small. An upload of a 10,000 x 10,000 image failed despite being about 800 kb.

@Onnes, I tried the home made vanilla coke thing. It was a sticky and pointless endeavour. At first I thought simply adding vanilla extract to my whiskey and coke would do, but there was very little difference apart from a slight bitterness. Next I tried making syrup from scratch and adding extract to it, but the results were the same.

It was pretty tasty by itself, but the strength of the alcohol (in this case a Kentucky bourbon) killed whatever vanilla was in the mix.

Long story short: home made won't do, buy legit Vanilla Coke.

That's disappointing, but someone had to try it. Given how hard it is to find vanilla Coke in much of the US now, it's probably easier just to substitute a craft soda.

It's hard to even get vanilla coke in the US? That is saddening. What can you tell me about craft soda? I must admit I've never even heard of the concept.

Basically it's just a catchall term for sodas produced by smaller operations and presumably with more variety and higher standards of quality. They've become pretty common here lately, but I have no idea if that's true elsewhere.

I hope they make good mixers. I was disappointed about the whole 'vanilla' thing, but bourbon never disappoints.

There are local sodas produced here, but I'd be hesitant to call them 'craft' sodas.

I love me some craft soda. I'm slowly weaning myself off run-of-the-mill sodas (although I will always buy Mexican coke). It's costing me a shit ton more money, but I don't even care.

They do make good mixers. I'm not a huge drinker of alcohol, but I wouldn't mix it with anything else. I recommend Jägermeister and Sprecher root beer, or dark rum and Berghoff orange soda. I just realized both those sodas are by beer makers...
