Are school counselors all that good? I wouldn't expect them to be...
Like maybe for common issues, but overall mental health?

I cant speak for other countries, but here school counselors are just child psychologists the same as you'd find in healthcare. The ones in higher education facilities specialise in teens and young adults for the most part.

Learning the extent of which my ex girlfriend talked shit really makes me feel better about letting go. Just had a conversation that was VERY enlightening. I feel like I can stop feeling guilty now and finally resent her for the way she used and hurt me. Karma's gunna come collect her debt, bitch. Talk shit get hit.

Alright, I think this broken record can finally be changed out for something new :D

you go, grill

it's good that you're letting go of her. It'd be a shame to think positively of her without knowing what she's really like, ew

I have a question for whoever wants to answer.

Do you guys and gals do your dishes on a regular basis? My question is for, erm, research.

Yeah, I do 'em the best.

I actually make sure there's no food on the dish before I stick in the dishwasher. Also I don't just dump the silverware into the drawer without organizing it. At the very least, I'm the one who bitches the least about having to do them. I just bitch about how everyone else does them like a retard then bitches that they had to do it.

I don't have one so I do it by hand. ;w;

If I get a job I'll try getting a dishwasher, most certainly.

Not much point in using a dishwasher if you live on your own. It doesn't take long at all to wash up after din-dins. Rinse, soap, wipe, rinse again, back in the cupboard. For a family or a bunch of roommates, then yeah it becomes a chore 'cos it stacks up fast.

All it takes in one lazy shit for the system to fail. Dishwashers keep me sane.

the people I live with don't even know how to properly use a dishwasher anyway so I don't mind not having one. I just wash my dishes right when I'm done with them. Just can't stand when they don't at least rinse their dishes and let food get all crusty and stuck on -__-

It depends who I'm living with. I had a household with four room-mates once where three of us were great and one was a slob. That one person got to be a free rider but that's the price of keeping a clean house.

I lived in another place where one room-mate generated more dishes than I could realistically handle with work and school so I just gave up.

My current place's kitchen is a literal hole-in-the-ground right now so I mostly subsist on bread and carrots i keep in my backpack, and coffee while I'm out.

Dish washers don't wash dishes. They're giant shitty wannabe low-tier autoclaves.

I always wash them by hand first, then put them into the dishwasher to sterilize.

thank you!

these people would just put their dishes in there with a bunch of food still on them and all it does is spread those food particles to all the other dishes, not really getting them clean. Pisses me of so damn much..

I'm making that Kenyan goat stew.

Ok, this I have to see. What the heck goes into that? I mean, besides goat...

This sounds like something I almost want to try just for the sheer novelty of it. Where do you even get goat? Can lamb or mutton be substituted for it? Hey, Caledonian! C'mere, I got a question I wanna ask you...

I feel like it's time consuming and if I have a job to worry about then I don't wanna have to worry about doing dishes by hand when I get home. I'd prefer to just cook some dinner and be done with it, you know?
