Chrysocyon
I can't seem to find a really comprehensive list of games that contain anthropomorphic animal characters. There's some wiki pages that leave a lot to be desired, and that's about it. What I'm looking for is a list that can be sorted by system, genre, whether the anthropomorphic characters are playable, what the human-to-furry character ratio is, if the art style is toony, stuff like that. Why? Because I'm a gross furry and I need cute animal characters in my games to enjoy them. :V Unless somebody knows a good one, I've been thinking about making my own list through Google Sheets or something, maybe make it public so others can contribute. So if this is something that others would like to see, feel free to give me any suggestions on any features or games you'd like to see on the list. Edit: I now have a list in progress trying to hunt down all the rare and obscure games that get omitted from most other lists. There's not much on it yet, but it's a start. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11pdZk4ZeE7b9mHLcL6k8CNmk938VgEGDqXl8jrFWtQw/edit?usp=sharing Edit 2: I'm not sure if there's too many good games I haven't found yet, so feel free to use this thread for discussion on the topic of anthropomorphic characters in games in general. TrishaCat
Solatorobo: Red the Hunter (Nintendo DS)It was made by furries and aimed at furries too. The company that made it doesn't seem to want to stop publishing artbooks for it, either. Also funnily enough, the company that made it has links to furry porn on their official website. I've been trying to dig deeper and find some good hidden gems. Just look at that beautiful face: So with that said, I decided to make my own list after all: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11pdZk4ZeE7b9mHLcL6k8CNmk938VgEGDqXl8jrFWtQw/edit?usp=sharing That actually took a lot more work than I was expecting. Over 200 entries, and that's counting series as one entry each. It's still far from complete, I'm sure I'm missing some obvious games and I barely started on filling in the information about all of them, but it's a start. I'll probably sporadically update it, maybe add some more columns and make it a little more intuitive or something, idk. I think I have too much time on my hands. Sabrewulf would've been easier to champion (as Jon Talbain was in Darkstalkers) if he had actually had a decent fighting method (at least that I could pick up).
