i don't usually talk too much about this sort of stuff in public, but

there's something reassuring about looking at someone and thinking about how you intend on making them a part of the rest of your life, and thinking of all the moments you'll spend being there for each other.

especially after wanting for so long to have that. to want quiet comfort. not necessarily anything specific, just...the pure act of having someone so special there and living in a special moment.

it's sometimes been hard to enjoy the quiet when you're the only one listening to it. sometimes you need someone there to know it'll all be okay, and i can't begin to describe how much happier i am to have that.

You're so much better at putting words to it than I ever can. c: I understand this completely though

I do love myself, but I did not post this. This is the work of the villain Trekkie.

I love seeing people who trust each other enough to not lock down absolutely everything on their computer with a password, like I usually do.

Presumably the device researchers used to orbit muons around a proton, instead of electron. Fascinating stuff! From this article:

With more majestic machines scattered about the research group's website:

It has been absolutely fascinating learning about conservation efforts for the Catalina Island Fox. From when I first read of it back 5 years ago to now. They are now off the endangered list (but still listed as threatened.)

I highly recommend that book to anyone else interested in the efforts, history, and mechanics behind this fox's conservation:

Erm, guys

The above post is really concerning

I hope that just means leaving the forums and not anything worse

Alarm bells

@WolfNightV4X1

It is alarming...but it is getting taken care of.

Johanna is currently in the hospital. Hoping she recovers on all levels.

Thanks for your concern on that callout Dingo, I had gotten the alarm before phoenix, though

hurray

Don't go into debt : D

Yuh... At least our tuition fees in the UK have to be by law below a certain amount, unlike the US.

*cough* I'm still paying £3.5k/yr. Could be worse, I could be from England instead of Wales and have to pay £9k/yr *cough*

Watching people harp on FA for a vulnerability Dragoneer himself was victim to years ago, and yet is still present.

You would've thought with the """security audit""" they did, this would've been picked up.

Yeah I can keep dreaming. :V

I think my favourite Ace Attorney yelling ever now is in Italian...

ECCO!

(slowly nudges @Amiir)

OBIEZIONE VOSTRO ONORE! (Objection your honor)

Digressing a little, ''ecco'' doesn't really have an english translation but it can be roughly translated into ''here'' or ''there'', to point something out. ''Eccolo lì'' is translated into ''there he is'', for example. I do wonder in what exact circumstances you heard that ''ecco'', hmmm...
