His policies are closest to the Democratic Party's ideals and he usually works with them in Congress (as they r left wing like him) so he is running under their banner to appeal to the entire country. When Trump wins he will need an enormous amount of wall-makers to build his beautiful wall with all the stands, so the demand for wall-makers will go up, hence raising the price of wall-makers and their company stocks. It is also recommended (albeit riskier) to monopolize all land along the Mexico border, because that will allow you to profit off of selling the border to Trump. Though keep in mind that he might give up the land you've bought to Mexico or build around it, ultimately leaving you the loser.
