All I did was solid fill Frensel in white, added a tail (as feedback on DA told me he looked odd without one) and removed the pistol he had in case showing it present made the avatar "offensive" to someone. First, I don't know the gap between Ep4 & 5, but the gap between 5 & 6 was like 3 years or so. Second, the second one was completed in 4 years? You call this completed? A third of the damn thing isn't even there. There's a giant canyon in the lower half, plus a giant hole. Half the interior is probably just skeleton. The Emperor probably just wanted it operational enough to be a lure for the rebellion and fire the giant "laser".
